BAPTISM
Please see Fr Roger to arrange a baptism. He will put you in touch with Liz Cetin who runs the 2-week course that the child’s parents attend. We have courses several times a year. You can attend the course before your baby is born. We celebrate the baptism on a date to suit you; it is always a Sunday (or Saturday evening) Mass because the one baptised is being welcomed into the family of the church.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION AND FIRST CONFESSION
First communion is celebrated in early summer for children in year 3 and above. Application forms go out the preceding summer and preparation begins in October. The classes take place on Sunday morning before 11am Mass.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation is administered to those in year 10 and above. Application forms go out in the summer; the group begins meeting in the autumn and the sacrament is celebrated in early summer. If you are an adult requiring Confirmation, sign up and we will make separate arrangements for your preparation.
MARRIAGE
See Fr Roger if you wish to marry at Our Lady’s or elsewhere. You should try to give six months notice.
CONFESSION
Confessions are heard on Saturday evenings 6pm – 6.15pm or on request.
